I offer 50, 80, and 110 minute sessions. A free 20 minute discovery call is also available for new clients.

Yes, hypnotherapy is a safe, natural and consensual process. You remain fully aware and in control throughout the session. It is a collaborative process where you guide your healing journey with the help of the hypnotherapist.

In the event that you have an extenuating life circumstance and need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can offer that time slot to another. Fees apply to no-shows, cancellations and rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours in advance.
